This FKEY allows you to change the types and creators of files, using
the standard file dialog. Select a type and/or creator (or none) you
wish to show up in the dialog using a popup menu one side, and select
the type and/or creator you wish to change it to using a popup on the
other. Select files the files you wish to change.
