You can use the Maccom program under the Lisa workshop to transfer
files to and from a Mac disk. I assume that you're running the
office system now. The workshop can reside on a hard disk that
also has the office system on it.

What you really want is a program running under the office system
that can read/write mac disks, but I don't think there is such a
thing yet.
