MacTerminal has another annoying bug.

Sometimes, when you've just been doing normal work and scrolling as usual,
you get back to your home system and issue a command at the system command
interpreter to blank the screen. The screen is blanked, BUT an entire
line of text is left at the top OVERLAYED on the prompt. So on Unix
it might look like

----TOP OF SCREEN---
% this is old text from an earlier screenful that shouldn't be here.

Usually a second BLANK command to the interpreter will clear the screen
entirely. Still it is an annoying bug.
