I connect from turkey. Now I am looking for a streaming radio and music. I want to browse my own songs in app. But like a lastfm, grooveshark. Which app is the best about this topic? Without lastfm?

Have you tried Pandora? It has many many features. I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking for, but Pandora is worth a try.
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.

Sadly, Pandora has chosen (contrary to the BS statements to the contrary) to block listeners from outside the US. As Last.FM and others such as AOL radio have repeatedly proven, there's no reason to do this -- but they do it anyway.
To the OP, you might investigate AOL Radio. You do not need to be a member of AOL to use this service, and to the best of my knowledge it works all around the world. The player is a free download, just do a Google search for it.
