Siri and settings

Can some one explain to me why apple doesn't allow Siri to turn wifi on or off or why Siri can't turn on Bluetooth ?

Because she is meant to do things that take more time turning on the wi-fi is easy also there not that advanced yet!

I have also tried with SIRI to turn on my WiFi. But she doesn't.
