How to Open .b6z Files on Mac

Does anyone know how to open .b6z files?

Never heard of it. Did some research, seems very obscure and the only references I can find also refer to a compression utility called B6Zip that looks and sounds very sketchy. Sounds like potential malware of some sort if you ask me. I would avoid it if possible. Did you download or receive .b6z files from someone?

EDIT: And when I try to download this utility to scan it for viruses or malware, the download link doesn't work.
