New to Mac Pro

Can anyone suggest a good reference book/podcast for a Newbie to Mac Pro. I made the leap after owning an iPhone. The Mac OS is sooo foreign to me. I can't even get the display setting right!

There probably isn't any better resource for newbies than Apple's own Mac 101 portal. It contains a ton of information for very new Mac users.

Welcome to Mac! You'll soon get the hang of it, basically it's much more intuitive than Windoze. Once you get it in your head that the OS isn't to be wrestled with like Windoze, and rather that it helps you along, you will have made the leap!

Check out Jeff Carlson's book: The Mac OS X Snow Leopard Pocket Guide.
I was a Tiger user that upgraded to Snow Leopard, this book was extremely helpful.
If you are really adventurous, You can download VMware Fusion for $79, as long as you have room on your drive, and a copy of Windows OS (XP, W7 or even the dreaded Vista) you can run those with your mac and ease into the OS X. But, like the nomad said, you'll soon forget all about Windoze.
