My real terminal has a hardware problem, and for the last few days
I've been using MacTerm for all my remote access ( 5 different machines).
Even with 'Don't record lines off top' and 'Clear lines off top' selected,
there is an almost intolerable amount of disk activity. Is there
any way to stop this ?

Plainly, there should be a 'Dumb terminal' menu item which should just
push characters without all the disk trundling.

Apple, are you listening ?
