RecCheck is a developer's utility for working with fixed-length flat ascii
text files. It offers the following features:
ˆ Reporting of record lengths to file, printer, or screen
ˆ Strips Carrige returns out of a text file
ˆ Attempts to repair corrupted records and bad record lengths
ˆ If a character is used to indicate a deleted record, will allow user to
attempt the insertion of deletion character in bad records.
