To people who aren't familiar with "cheap" video interfaces, be warned
that any $300 interface is almost certainly the sort that needs some
number of seconds to scan a complete image, so forget about digitizing
moving images off of TV or videotapes. Flash digitizers, which can do
the job in 1/30 of a second, are much more expensive.
