I have been using Tekalike by Mesa Graphics,PO Box 506, Los Alamos,NM 87544
telephone 505-672-1998,price $250 for the Mac.$350 for the Lisa.
I have not used the Lisa version. The software emulates the Tektronix 4014
I've been using it on our CDC mainframes, in conjunction with Plot10 and
TEMPLATE.

There is one bug in version 1.10-when using the cursor incorrect screen
location is returned. We are working in conjunction with Jim George of
Mesa Graphics to iron this out.
