I have an application that really wants to prevent the mouse from moving
around the entire screen. And it wants to really use the true mouse
cursor rather than turning off the cursor, watching input from the
mouse, and redrawing an icon.

I have seen the disk copy applicatin do this (I think it's NOT just re-
drawing a non-cursor icon because of the smooth movement even while the
disk is spinning), and want to know how...

Any hints? I'll even take illegal memory locations to put a boundsrect
into...
