I am watching things on my YouTube app it keeps constaly pausing without my touching it

It probably hasn't downloaded past the point where it stops yet.

When you play YouTube videos they have to be downloaded over the internet, whether that be a wireless, 3G or EDGE connection. Your videos might not be downloading fast enough for some reason thus they play to the point they've downloaded and stop until more is downloaded.

well it was working on 3.12 iPhone firmware but on 3.13 it's crash crash crash

Press pause until the download is finish!
