The Fallout Character Editor is just what it sounds like; and editor for
use with Macplay's new game Fallout which allows you to edit a
character's seven basic skill scores.

This is alpha version 2 which may or may not contain bugs, and now allows
editing of both saved character (".GCD") files as well as characters
which are already in play ("SAVE.DAT" files).
