Bootcamp keeps popping up errors when trying to create a Windows 10 installation disk. What's the good alternative on Mojave?

The startup disk does not have enough space to be partitioned.Turboladdade wrote:There really isn't any alternative to Boot Camp, which directly boots your Mac into Winodws. What are the errors you receive?
If you prefer, you can use virtualization solutions like Parallels or VirtualBox, however they're very slow. You're better off just picking up an inexpensive PC IMHO.
The problem is that I don't install Windows on my Mac. instead, it will be installed on another PC so there is nothing to do with Startup diskTurboladdade wrote:And how much free space is currently available on your Mac's startup disk? This is probably a sign that your storage is too full to be efficiently used with Boot Camp, which must have its own partition for Windows and of course, install a completely copy of Windows 10 onto it.
No, I am creating bootable USB for another PC.Turboladdade wrote: April 9th, 2019, 4:58 am Boot Camp requires a Windows partition on your Mac to work.
So you recommendation is?Waiiery wrote: April 11th, 2019, 2:09 am I do know Bootcamp is able to do, but it is not the only way to creating a Windows 10 installation disk.Making a Windows 10 installation disk is not difficult to do, why not try something else?
Already downloaded the Windows 10 ISO and used Bootcamp to make it bootable but failed.Turboladdade wrote: April 11th, 2019, 7:44 am If you're trying to create Windows installation media for another PC, you can download a Windows 10 ISO directly from Microsoft and simply burn it using your DVD burner (if you have one).
I wouldn’t say it failed — it’s working exactly as expected. BootCamp’s sole purpose is to partition your startup disk and install Windows natively on your Mac with proprietary Apple drivers to support Apple hardware.ssgalileo wrote: April 19th, 2019, 1:07 amAlready downloaded the Windows 10 ISO and used Bootcamp to make it bootable but failed.
