MenuFlash XCMD, Version 2.3

An external command for Apple HyperCard 2.x
It let's you change the number of times a menuitem is flashing when you select it.
This XCMD is accelerated for PowerPC (only for HyperCard >= 2.3). Also a version for 68K Machines is included.
