Win2MacRusLE is a drag-and-drop text conversion utility designed to
convert Cyrillic text files from Windows 1251 to Macintosh (Apple
Standard Cyrillic) encoding.
To convert a text file, simply drag and drop it on Win2MacRus's icon.

Hardware and system requirements:
* Any Macintosh supporting drag-and-drop.
