I am submitting the file "Fed-rules-evidence.pkg.sit.hqx" for inclusion in
the info-mac archive. It is a file that has been BinHex'ed (4.0) and
compressed with StuffIt.

Enclosed in the file is a NewtonBook pkg that contains the Federal Rules of
Evidence as found in the 28 U.S.Code Appendix. It is current through
11/7/94.

This is my first NewtonBook:it is freeware, and I disclaim all warranties,
express or implied, including those of merchantability and FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Please feel free to include it on the CD-ROM publications.
