I can't receive pics in a text can someone help???

If you have a jailbroken phone, I'd wager it has something to do with that. Can you give us more specifics, like what happens when someone sends you a picture message? Anything on your end at all?

no I haven't jailbroken my phone it have the Gevey simcard with the t mobile one, when I get pic mail it says: The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction.

I'm not sure what the problem is, I tried Googling and every similar help request I've found so far has no solution. On a side note, please don't post duplicate topics about the same issue.

how about FaceTime do u know if there's a way to get it working without unlocking it

I do not. I didn't even know it mattered what carrier you had since Facetime works on Macs, iPods and iPads too.
