Recommendations for a PDF viewer app for large blueprints

Can anyone recommend an iPad app for viewing large (30"x42" paper size) blueprints? I've tried GoDocs and FastPDF. GoDocs locks up and FastPDF is very slow to render the large sheets. Both apps are unusable.

I just bought GoodReader. It is better than the others so far, but it takes 30 seconds to render when panning and zooming.

I bought the ipad for the purpose of loading it with plans for viewing at the job site. I don't want to go back to lugging around paper plans or my laptop. Why is such a simple task so difficult with the iPad?
