MacBook noob please help

Basically I am getting a MacBook pro next month
My current knowledge of app games design is zero
I will be getting the developer kit and Xcode from apple I am just wondering how difficult it is to design these things
I am willing to learn developers please point me in the right direction

People attend school for up to 8 years to learn how to do this proficiently, but there are many others (such as myself) who have self-taught over a period of 10 or more years.
You should start with something basic like learning some JavaScript before moving onto Objective-C and Cocoa. I would highly recommend taking a course at a local community college in basic programming first. Most offer night courses that last for one semester.
And books... go to Barnes & Noble and browse the programming section. Buy a book that deals with Objective-C (the subset of C that forms the core of Mac programming).
You're not going to just open your MacBook and start writing apps, that's for sure.
