mac book issues

I've had my macbook for just over 3 years now. It started to do funky things so I took it in and got the computer wiped. Since having it back it takes a long time to load web pages, sometimes they don't load at all and I have to refresh the webpage multiple times before it actually loads. Any suggestions on what it can be???
