That means you have a developer beta of iTunes. Replace by going to
http://www.apple.com/itunes and downloading the consumer version.

But i can also go to the developers site and download itunes from there also correct? I want to continue learning how to program with xcode eventually.

I don't really know. I'm pretty sure the 9.2 beta was just for developing with iOS 4 before it officially came out. Now that it has, there shouldn't be any need for a developer-specific version of iTunes.
