I have major problems. I need a power supply 661-3351 for my IMAC G5 computer but I received from another company a power supply with the number 661-0293 but I ordered the correct number. Do you have any idea if this will work on my machine. I have their payment on hold because of the mixup. The box says the correct number but the actual number on the part is 661-0293. Any ideas or help? Any thing would be greatly appreciated!!

This is a pretty nice list of iMac G5 power supplies, but I cannot find the part you say you have (661-0293) mentioned there or anywhere else on the internet. Does the part you have list the same voltage or electrical characteristics as the part you need?

Why not call the supplier to make absolutely sure?
