Best Video Card for MDD Dual 1.42ghz?

I am trying to decipher which video card is the absolute best for my mirror drive G4 tower, at 1.42ghz. It currently has a 256mb Radeon 9600.
The best "official" card that I can find is the 256mb Radeon 9800 from ATI, but on eBay there are a ton of flashed cards and I don't know how any of them compare. What is actually the best card for me?
