i was considering a g5 but not to hot on the liquid cooling. It seems like it would be a problem waiting to happen.

I may have to got straight to an xtel machine what is your opinion

Most G5s do not have liquid cooling:

"The Power Macintosh G5/2.5 DP (PCI-X), Power Macintosh G5/2.7 DP (PCI-X), and Power Macintosh G5 "Quad Core" (2.5) all have a liquid cooling system."
