So I got a bunch of stickers in the mail from Getglue.com yesterday. I also got a sticker with my turtle beach headset I got for Christmas. I was just wondering, would it be safe to put them on my MacBook Pro? My dad seems to think that the screen will get hot and melt the stickers and/or leave goopy crap on it when I take them off. But I've never had the screen get hot, only the bottom portion that houses the drive and stuff. And I would think some goo-gone would work good if it left sticky stuff. I don't think it would rust the aluminum or anything. What do you think?

I see people with stickers on their MacBooks all the time. That being said, it is a shame to see such a lovely (and expensive) example of modern industrial design defaced in such a manner.
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.

Well what does Apple expect you to do with the Apple logo stickers they give you when you buy it? I mean I see what you mean, but I honestly have no idea what to do with all these stickers and I'm sure as hell not putting them on my iPhone 4 >.<

Apple has shipped stickers with its computers since at least the mid-1980s. It's a tradition. I don't think I've ever seen them applied to actual Apple products. They're usually found in dorm rooms, lockers, cars, binders, windows, etc...HeriocZebra wrote:Well what does Apple expect you to do with the Apple logo stickers they give you when you buy it?
