Cant get my computer to start?
Hi there I just purchased an IMAC G5 and I'm getting an error box with a ? inside it when I try and turn it on. Anybody know the keys to hold down to restart and fix the error? thanks

That means there is no recognized operating system installed. This could be for a number of reasons. The previous owner could have completely formatted the hard drive and gave/sold it to you blank. Or, he might have removed the hard drive. Or the hard drive may be damaged. Or an operating system is installed but is corrupted.
You can fix this by purchasing a copy of Mac OS X that is compatible with that system (so, not Snow Leopard) and installing it or attempting to repair a corrupted installation that already exists.
