My Mac is a PowerMacintosh G3. It has an HP CD Writer internal drive. The Apple Disk Burner software that comes with it does not recognize HP drives.
Would appreciate recommendations and sources for CD burning software that rund with/on OS 9 and recognizes third party drives.

Older versions of Toast might recognize your drive, and would probably be your best bet on Mac OS 9. I believe Toast 5 is the latest to support Mac OS 9. Here is a copy on eBay.
I would do a little more research before buying anything, to make sure your drive will be supported.

The version of Toast 5.2 Lite was once freely available.
But constitutes the procurement today some difficult problems.
