Hi everyone,
Any help you can offer is much appreciated as we're really up against the clock!
An artist sent me a split screen .mov file to play through a mac mini running OSX 10.8.5 onto two 40 inch monitors, one on top of the other. I'm using HDMI on one and HDMI to mini display port on the other. She's used arraysync to show this work before.
My issue is that I can't seem to get the videos to appear properly (i.e: one on the top screen and one on the bottom).
I've tried fiddling with Arraysync's offset preferences which makes some difference...(ie: 1080 on the top and 1920 on the bottom panel) but no cigar.
I'm hugely grateful for any words of wisdom!
Helena

Have you checked that you disabled spaces? Have you verified that your screens are arranged properly (one on top of the other) in System Preferences?
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.
