Do you see the AirPort menu in the upper right hand side of the Menu Bar?
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.

Not all Power Mac G4s have an internal AirPort card, it was an option back in those days. Are you sure yours is equipped with one?

And you got that from what, System Profiler? Is AirPort or Wi-Fi an option in System Preferences -> Network?

The Mac ID I mentioned earlier is on the AirPort card label that was installed when I first purchased the desktop. The Wi-Fi icon is not even an option on the system's preference.

There isn't a Wi-Fi icon in system preferences, only "Network" - inside of that you normally would see AirPort (Wi-Fi on later systems). However your wireless port may have been deleted for some reason.
In System Preferences -> Network, if you do not see AirPort in the list, click the plus at the bottom:
Then choose AirPort from the Interface menu (it changed to Wi-Fi at some point between Leopard and Mountain Lion, I forget when):
Then click create.
If you don't see your wireless card in that menu, your computer doesn't think you have a wireless card.

So if that's the case; that my computer doesn't think that my computer does not see the wifi card. Then what do you recommend?
