I've hacked MacTerminal's KICH resource to turn the Caps Lock key into a
Control key (I also mechanically disabled the lock) and to treat the Option
key like a Meta (set the 8th bit) key. The Caps Lock hack works fine, but
MacTerminal doesn't seem to want to send anything when I hold down my
"Meta" (the Option) key. Has anyone gotten anything like this to work?
Does MacTerminal do something special when you use the Option key?
(Option-z seems to reset the "terminal") Is there a way around it?
Thanks.

Roy
