Martin Haeberli, one of the authors of MacTerminal, recently visited CMU.
He said the slow insert/delete line functions are because of a bad
implementation decision. This implies that it might be fixed in some future
revision...
Apparently Apple is now on ARPANet, judging from the recent posts from
"[email protected]" and our local host table. Are they doing DoD research now?
