I haven't seen anyone mention the "GriffinTerminal" terminal emulator program
developed at Reed College and distributed by Metaresearch, Inc.,
1100 SE Woodward, Portland, OR 97202, phone: 503-232-1712. This is a
Tektronix 4012 graphics-compatible emulator and I've been pretty happy with
it. Tekalike may do more, I don't know, but GriffinTerminal is a lot
cheaper. Metaresearch provides a listing of a UNIX TERMCAP file for the
Mac with this emulator so that one can use the vi screen editor (but you'll
have trouble with emacs).
