Three comments on MacTerminal, almost alpha, that I haven't seen here
before.
(1) The reverse video font needs to have an extra row of pixels added
to the left hand edge. As it is now, it is quite difficult to read
the first character that is in reverse video.
(2) I'm very happy to see that some of the "advanced video option"
features made it into MacTerminal (like underline). It would be
really nice if Bold could also be included. I don't see quite as much
need for blinking, though.
(3) It would be really nice if keys could be rebound via a setup
option (like, for example, I could move CTRL from "%" to "option").
