There is a bug in the vt100 terminal emulation on the Lisa 7/7 terminal
program. Using it on MULTIC's, while using EMACS to read FORUM, and in
the split window mode (EMACS windows, not Lisa's), the screen is updated
in a random fashion. Old lines of text may or may not be deleted, which
leads to some rather confusing reading. A ^l sequence will erase and
redisplay fine, but it is rather annoying.
