I was trying to use the floating indentation in MacWrite as follows:


* First line of text.
Second line of text.

* Second paragraph
Second line of text.

This is my indentation mark

^
This is my left margin

This works fine on the screen, the thing that I don't understand is when I
print the document out, sometimes the text to the left of the left margin
is not printed. Have I done something wrong?
