Apparently Apple has given permission for the Resource Mover and the Font
Editor to be distributed informally (they appeared in the download section
of the Mac user's group on Compuserve with a note by the Sysop). Apple plans
to replace both of these bug-ridden programs with a "Resource Editor" in some
future version of the Software Supplement.
It's also OK to distribute FILE, but Apple won't maintain it. The rest of
the programs in the Software Supplement seem to be off-bounds.
