I have used the BASF disks, they are fairly well built, and they don't have
those annoying write protect tabs like the ''HP'' disks. The Maxell's I have
seen didn't look too good, kind of flimsy. All, and I *MEAN* all of the
Memorex disks I have seen were badly made. Out of two boxes I had, four
wouldn't format.

On another disk subject, there was an ad in the New York Times the other day
from a place in Nashua New Hampshire that said they had the Davong 10Mb for
~$2000. Most places seem to have the tecmar 5Mb in stock for ~1995, it
seems well worth the extra bucks for the extra 5Mb. Both of these units
use the Modem line, but I heard from a friend whos' an Apple Dealer that
Davong may be coming out with a hard disk that works on the parellel port.
