I have received several requests for the location of the LEP
paper from MIT that I mentioned in an earlier message, so I
looked it up and found it:

MIT-MC:RMS;LEP >

Files are FTPable from MIT-MC without logging in.
I beleive that the file is in scribe source format.
Since its in RMS's directory, it must be public,
though Im not sure as to the finallity of the paper.

I believe that LEP > is the final version.
You can get printed copies from PUBLICATIONS%[email protected].

I would love to see someone implement this
and distribute it as freeware.
