re copy modes: As I understand, PatCopy is not fully implemented in
Quickdraw and the font manager for text.
re lisa-mac. MacCom runs on the Lisa under the workshop but not the
office system.
re copy protection: If you really want to find out about copy protection,
1) Learn 68K assembler
2) Learn Macsbug thoroughly
3) Talk do someone who has worked with the innards of the Apple II RWTS
routines. (Same Woz machine as in the Mac)
4) Have a copy of inside Mac nearby and pay attention to the device
manager and disk driver sections
5) Print out a copy of the t1asm/sysequ.text file from the Lisa workshop
6) Take a good look at the disk vectors in low memory.
