For some time now I have had difficulty finding a good surface for my
MacMouse. I think I have finally an excellent mouse surface.

It is the front cover of Strang's text Linear Algebra and Its
Applications, 2nd edition. It provides a very smooth yet slightly
stubbled surface for the MacMouse rubber ball to grip.

I like it better than the mouse surfaces I've used on the Alto
and provided for use with Mac's in Apple dealerships.
