In my oppion, Dysan disks are THE best on the market (but you pay for it)..
Recently, Xidex (spelling?) bought 60% of Dysan (confirmed by a Dysan rep)..
I think this was because Dysan was having financial problems, but am not sure
on this...
Also recently, I got a couple of Brown Mac Disks... And I didn't even know
that Brown was making 3.5" disks... What I want to know, are Brown disks
(all sizes!!) any good.. The local Brown rep says that Brown is remotely
related to Dysan (Which I had guessed from the very first time I had heard
of Brown) and that the technoligy in Brown Disks is the same as that in
Dysan... Also Brown prices are quite good!!
Would anybody that has had ANY experince with Brown Disks PLEASE let me know
if these are any good, BEFORE I go and buy $3000 worth of them for use
at my work..!!
Also, does anybody think there are any brands of disks that are BETTER than
Dysan? (Ignoring cost)
Thanks very much...
