ScrollMagick is a shareware control panel that allows to you scroll by
simply moving the cursor to the edge of a window - move to the top edge,
and the window scrolls up, move to the bottom edge and it scrolls down.
You'll be impressed at how much easier & faster it makes scrolling.
ScrollMagick also allows you to use a hand cursor to "grab" the contents of
windows and drag them up and down, like in a graphics application.
