* What is it?

A handy little program for creating X-Face headers, which are used to
encode a small bitmap as ASCII for inclusion in news postings and mail
messages.


* What use is that?

MacSOUP and MT-NewsWatcher display X-Face headers. A number of UNIX mail
and news readers display them.
