"Styles" Garden, enhanced for K2

Garden is a floral color scheme, which in this version, can only
be used in K2. It has been enhanced with extra resources which
are not in earlier versions of Kaleidoscope. It has custom
folders, trash, cursor, desktop and utility patterns, and
windowshade sound, all written into the scheme.
