Back-Drop for OS 8 complements Desktop Pictures by allowing you to choose
a desktop image on the fly. You can drag an image onto it to display that
image, or drag a folder onto it to have Destop Pictures choose from the
images inside, at random, each time you startup your computer. Plus,
there's an Undo function: if you pick a picture that pickles your pucker,
you can Undo the picking of the last picture you picked! It's great for
trying out images on your desktop, for example. Just drag each one onto
Back-Drop's icon until you find one you like. If you don't like it, click
Undo and go back to what you had.

Thoroughly-commented source is included for the sake of other budding
AppleScripters.

System Requirements

* You need Mac OS 8.0 or 8.1, with Desktop Pictures installed.
* You need Applescript installed, since this is really just an
Applescript application.
