This archive contains the programs, documentation, and sample
configuration files for uupc 3.1, a uucp-compatible mail transport
engine. It is an upgrade to uupc 3.0 (released in early 1992) and the
numerous beta releases of 3.1 which have been distributed since 1992.

uupc is freeware (although not in the public domain).
