Smart Align Illustrator Plug-in

I am not a regular Adobe Illustrator user, but when I do use it I am
always frustrated by the lack of ability to move an object to line up
with another object without moving the second object.

I have written a plug-in called Stay Put to ease the pain of lining
things up in Illustrator.
