U3 portraits patch

This patch changes the portraits for the Macintosh version of Ultima III
(copyright by Lord British and Origin Systems; Macintosh version by
Leon McNeill). It replaces the existing portraits in the U3 Graphics file,
so be sure to apply it only to a copy.
